A Tendring membership with our District leisure centres allows you to choose a level of access that suits you, so you can get the most out of the array of facilities and activities on offer.
A wide range of Tendring memberships
Our wide range of Tendring membership options features all-inclusive packages, which give you unlimited access to all three of the district’s centres, as well as centre-specific memberships.
We also offer youth membership for children aged three to 15. Whichever membership package you choose, you have the option to pay by monthly direct debit or to take advantage of a discounted rate when you pay in advance for a full 12 months.

Tendring Leisure Health & Fitness is our most selected membership with unlimited use of all facilities across our three centres. From our state of the art gyms to fitness classes, swimming pools, racket sports and Wellbeing Zone; this membership will bring variety to those wishing to keep active, socialise or achieve a goal.

Tendring Leisure Multi Site

Tendring Leisure One Activity
Looking for just one activity at a single facility? This brand new membership package allows you unlimited access to your specifically chosen activity:
– Gym Only (Including a fitness induction and optional reviews every 6 months)
– Swim Only (Access to Lane Swimming and other General Swim sessions)
– Fitness Classes Only (Access to Fitness Classes with 10 days booking in advance)
– Racquet Sports Only (Access to one court per day, Admission for 1 person to play racquet sports free of charge)

Tendring Leisure Juniors
Available to anyone in full-time education aged 3- 15 years inclusive, this package includes unlimited swimming and racquet sports. Junior Gym sessions are also included for those 12-15 years. This membership is a great way to help your children keep active and lead a healthy lifestyle.
PLEASE NOTE: All youths under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian/parent when signing up for this membership.

Emergency Services and Educational Staff
An all inclusive package across all three sites which includes use of all Gyms, Wellbeing Zone, Fitness classes, Swimming pools, Racquet sports and Wellbeing facilities*
This membership is for the following, that have a register address or living location in Tendring;
- Fire and Rescue
- Police
- NHS Employees (Directly employed by the NHS)
- RLNI and Coastguard Employees
- Arm Forces
- Veterans
- Teachers and Educational staff (Primary School setting and above)
*Evidence is required to confirm eligibility, this will need to be shown on your first centre visit, then bi-annually thereafter in order to continue to benefit from this discount. These include a current Wage Slip, Veterans card and for RNLI and Coastguards a letter stating you are currently an employee/volunteer.
Please note NHS employees must produce a NHS payslip.

Tendring Leisure Health & Fitness Concessionary
Our Tendring Leisure Health & Fitness Concessionary membership provides the same unlimited use of all facilities across our three centres as our Tendring Leisure Health & Fitness membership, at a reduced rate for those in receipt of:
- In receipt of Universal Credit (£0.00 Adjustments except from Carers allowance))
- Income Based Employment Support Allowance
- Guarantee Pension Credit
- Full Time Education (ages 16-18)

Pre Paid Members can book Ten days in advance from 10pm each evening for all Fitness Classes and Racquet Bookings.
Our Well Being Zone is for 16+ only. We also follow all user safety guidelines, therefore entry maybe denied under specific medical grounds. Please ask a member of staff for more information.
No need to pre book for our Gym’s and Swimming Pools. Head over to each sites page for the timetable for each Pool.
